Our check-in time is 11:00 am, check-out time is 3:00 pm.

If you need to extend your departure time, please ask our concierge team for extra hours at an additional cost.

We offer special rates for extended stays, our customer service team will work with you to provide you with the best price we can offer.

You must notify our concierge team of any external visitors in order to register them correctly, please note that there is a capacity limit for external visitors if you have not paid an event fee (which only applies to properties suitable for events).

Each property has its particularities, our concierge team will inform you of the specific rules of the property you are staying at, but some general rules for all our properties are:

- No illegal drugs or illegal activities are allowed inside or in common areas of the property.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
- No unregistered guests are allowed.
- No parties or large gatherings are allowed.
- Please be considerate of your neighbors and keep noise to a minimum between the hours of 10:00 p.m. and 10:00 a.m.
- We ask that you take care of your key: there is a lost key fee.
- Please do not share your key or entry code with unregistered guests.
- Ask about our pet policy in advance.
- Be aware of your check-in and check-out times.
- Turn off the air conditioning and lights when leaving the property.
- Make sure windows are closed and the door is securely locked when you are away.
- ENJOY YOUR STAY! The most important rule.

We have several properties perfect for weddings and special events.

You will see the Event Friendly label on the property description. You can also ask our concierge team and we will be happy to help you find the property that best suits your event.

The main amenities of the properties are detailed on their description page. Each property is different but you can be sure that they all offer essential elements such as:
