This beautiful apartment is located in the southern area of Isla Mujeres, the apartment has one bedroom, two bathrooms, living room, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, use of facilities within the complex such as swimming pool, barbecue, terrace, laundry room and parking.

Within the complex you can make use of all the facilities such as; swimming pool, outdoor lounge chairs, barbecue, laundry room, open parking and free use of bicycles to explore the island.

This is a lovely two room apartment overlooking both the Caribbean and the bay separating Isla from Cancun. It is set back far enough from the road such that it is very quiet and quite peaceful. The grounds are well maintained and manicured as well as private being that they are gated. While it is outside of town, there are two of the island’s better restaurants located at about a three minute walk. Town itself is about ten minutes away by foot and North Beach about the same by taxi.

A very nice minimalist apartment with all set to spend few days in calm. The area is far from the crowd that makes a very relaxing place A great idea to rent a golf cart to move around the island. The supermarket is around 10 min away (Cheddaui) and there is a fabulous Italian restaurant around the corner. We’ll come back for sure!!!

If you are looking for some accommodation with beautiful views, very quiet to relax and disconnect from the world, this is the place, look no further.
On the other hand, if you are a lover of nature and physical activity, I recommend you take a bicycle and visit Punta Sur, which is a few minutes from the property, it is worth exploring and touring the neighborhood.

The view was beautiful! The location is right by Myakita’s restaurant, which is one of our favorite places to eat. We could either drive or walk there. Also, the lady at the front was very nice. We had a few issues: the lack of water pressure and hot water in the bedroom bathroom, there were no washcloths (only hand towels, body towels and beach towels), and the AC in the bedroom did not get cold. The AC in the living room blew cold air, so we had to sleep with the bedroom door open and the fan on high.
