Cozy & Central 1BR Apt w/ Rooftop Infinity Pool

Internal Regulations:
I. These regulations are obligatory for all of our guests, any fault or omission will be sanctioned according the management criteria and even with the management authorization may lead to the ending of the service without any perjury for the management, Distrito Corazon, Solmar Rentals or any other company related with the booking of this travel.
II. The Check In time is at 03:00 PM and Check Out time is at 11:00 AM, any change must be done under the management authorization any late check out after 12:00pm will incur in an additional 25 USD charge to the guest.
III. It is forbidden to smoke inside the facilities and the departments. Any infraction will be penalized with a sanitization fee (30 USD).
IV. The guest will be responsible for any damage to the property caused for misuse or negligence, therefore will be responsible to pay all of the expenses incurred.
V. Any requirement or report must be informed to the Host immediately, the omission in the information for any maintenance failure that can lead to property damage can be imputed to the guest.
VI. It is not allowed to have music at a high volume that may bother other guests during their stay, especially at night.
VII. The guest is responsible to keep the halls and common areas free of his belongings (towels, clothes, toys, shoes, equipment, etc.)
VIII. The guest is responsible to deposit his garbage in the destinated area before his check out. It is forbidden to leave garbage bags at the halls.
IX. The guest must follow all of the internal regulations at common spaces like the pool, jacuzzi and GYM as they are stated, any infraction to those regulations is comparable to an infraction to this contract.
X. In order to the guests to bring pets it is mandatory to read and to follow the pet’s regulations.
XI. Common areas hours are between 9:00 AM and 11:00 PM at these hours the music is allowed at a moderate volume, any crowd or high-volume music after these hours at the common areas can be penalized.
XII. The management is not responsible for any accident occurred for negligence or omission of this regulations.
XIII. The management is not responsible for any lost properties at the building.
XIV. Kids are not allowed at the common areas without the supervision of an adult.
XV. Any Delivery service must be picked up at the lobby.
XVI. Any visit most be informed to the reception at the arrival and at the departure.
XVII. It is forbidden to access the building thru the main entrance by vehicles as bicycles or any other equipment that could cause any kind of damage either to other guests or to the property.
XVIII. It is forbidden the usage of any space at the property to a different purpose than the stablished for the management.

Pet Regulations

I. The guests must pay the Pet charge of 25 USD per pet per stay in order for them to access the property, without exceptions.
II. The guests are responsible to keep the order and calm regarding its pet’s behavior. For our guests comfort the pets reported as noisy or aggressive the management reserves the right to terminate the stay without any perjury for the management.
III. The pets most be controlled by the guest inside and outside the department at any moment.
IV. Any damage caused or chargeable to the pets towards others amenities and or facilities, the owner will take responsibility to pay any expenses than may incurred.
V. The pets must have at any time its id collar and the leash and won’t be unattended at any moment.
VI. The guests are responsible to clean any pet waste at all of the areas in the building and must bring enough cleaning supplies for that, which will be covered for the guest.
VII. Every pet must count with its own bed or sleeping arrangements as well as its own equipment (dishes) and supplies which will be responsibility of the guest to provide it, it is not allowed for the pets to use the furniture or the equipment of the department.
VIII. In the case of cats, the guests must bring their own scraper, sandbox, equipment and supplies for the cleaning.
IX. In the event of therapy pets, it is important to inform during the check in, it may cancel some of the regulations depending on the pet so the stay can be easier for the guest and its partner.
