The space
This amazing house has a beautiful terrace with a grill and pool overlooking the ocean. It’s perfect to relax and enjoy good times with friends and family. The location couldn’t be better; You’ll find a beach club, a large shopping mall with a marina, restaurants & more within walking distance. There’s also a Running/Cycling track just in front of the house.
Guest access
The villa is located in a gated community with a security guard 24/7. This is one of the most exclusive and quiet neighborhoods in all of Cancun. In addition, you’ll have easy access to all restaurants, nightclubs, and entertainment in the hotel zone.
We have a 2-car garage.

My family & I really enjoyed our stay here! Our favorite part was having Chef Luis & his wife cook delicious meals for us. Attentive host and excellent customer service from the Solmar Agency!

This place was absolutely beautiful, we really enjoyed staying here for the week. We spent almost all our time out in the backyard by the pool with a great view. A couple things went wrong during our stay such as not having hot water, microwave not working etc. But overall we enjoyed our stay and would come again if hot water is fixed 🙂
