This beautiful apartment is located in the southern area of Isla Mujeres, the apartment has one bedroom, two bathrooms, living room, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, use of facilities within the complex such as swimming pool, barbecue, terrace, laundry room and parking .
Guest access
Within the complex you can make use of all the facilities such as; swimming pool, outdoor lounge chairs, barbecue, laundry room, open parking and free use of bicycles to explore the island.

I would say that it was a pretty nice location. However the internet constantly kept disconnecting as quick as I connected. There was no toiletries but I had my own from a previous place so that was not a big deal. Also I had emailed the owner twice to follow up w instructions of check out and never received anything back :(. But I did feel extremely safe and there were 2 amazing restaurants literally within a short walking distance ❤️

We had a great stay! We got there late,after office hours and though the code we had for the gate didn’t work, Martha was there and gave us a new code, so no problem. everything was extremely clean and worked great. Pool was cleaned daily and was awesome. Martha was very helpful when we had problems with our grocery order and we didn’t have cell service or speak Spanish. She called them for us to help sort it out. It is a very quiet place, which we enjoyed. The bed was super comfortable, which is not often the case in Mexico. Great value for the price- it’s a steal!

If you are looking for some accommodation with beautiful views, very quiet to relax and disconnect from the world, this is the place, look no further.
On the other hand, if you are a lover of nature and physical activity, I recommend you take a bicycle and visit Punta Sur, which is a few minutes from the property, it is worth exploring and touring the neighborhood.

On a small island, the taxi drivers all knew exactly where it was. Martha was there to let us in right at check in time. Bikes seem to have been reserved in advance, although when I requested this weeks prior to our trip, it was not allowed. The tandem we were able to use had flat tires, we had to inflate – the chain and pedals were rusty and it was difficult to ride. Proper maintenance would have made it a fun experience! Hot water operates backwards, although not even the maintenance personnel were aware of this. We were without hot water for 3 of 4 days. And it needs to run for about 7 min to get warm enough to use. This was very disappointing. There was no shampoo, and we had to ask for more toilet paper on day 3. The very basic necessities only were provided.
