This beautiful apartment is located in the southern area of Isla Mujeres, the apartment has one bedroom, two bathrooms, living room, sofa bed and fully equipped kitchen, use of facilities within the complex such as swimming pool, barbecue, terrace, laundry room and parking.
Guest access
Within the complex you can make use of all the facilities such as; swimming pool, outdoor lounge chairs, barbecue, laundry room, open parking and free use of bicycles to explore the island.

We stayed at #8 for the Easter Weekend and it was really nice. We liked that it was away from the main part of island and that it was gated. Room was cozy and modern. Had to ask for more toilet paper and you might need to ask for more towels since only 2 were provided. Glad we decided to rent a golf cart and parking is no problem at all. The front desk was very helpful but told us that checked out was at 11am and I asked if a late check out was an option via the app they responded that checkout was at 3pm. I definitely would stay here again. Oh and the rooster does crow all day and night.

Great for the price! This is located on the south of the island that is stunning but a bit of a distance from the north part (you will need a golf cart for sure). Check in was amazing and she waited almost 2 hours after they closed to check me in. I messaged the number they had to inquire about staying more days but no one responded. A lot of the fixtures (door handles, shower heads, faucets, etc.) are rusted due to the ocean I’m assuming. The view with the sunrise is nice which you’ll more than likely see because of the rooster that starts every morning around 530 ensuring you don’t miss it (not my fav). They have an information packet that is only in Spanish so a translation would have been nice. I would say for the price my stay was a 4 out of 5 and I would stay here again.

If you are looking for some accommodation with beautiful views, very quiet to relax and disconnect from the world, this is the place, look no further.
On the other hand, if you are a lover of nature and physical activity, I recommend you take a bicycle and visit Punta Sur, which is a few minutes from the property, it is worth exploring and touring the neighborhood.

Excellent communication, the host was gracious and permitted us to move to a ground floor unit mid-week after I booked a “first floor” unit which was located up a flight, total of 18 steps. To us, that is technically the 2nd floor!~ We realized there were vacancies on their ground floor after we were told by on-site staff there weren’t any available. Dependable no charge wifi. Small 20″ TV’s in the living rooms, none in the bedrooms, only 3 clothes hangers. Our second unit had a “Smart TV” the 1st unit no app log ins, local Spanish language stations only Minimal towels (only 2 bath and two hand towels provided for the week) We appreciated the two bottles of water, some coffee and sugar provided to us to start out the week. Also dish soap and a sponge. Minor inconvenience was no microwave in either unit. Toaster oven= yes Hair dryer = yes + Iron =yes Full size refrigerator and stove. Nice deep enough, 4.5′ swimming pool. Laundry room locked, is available 9-5pm during office hours.
