Other things to note
Because we are on an island, when there are heavy rains or storms, sometimes we run out of electricity, and the Internet fails.
The butler service is included. He will be at your disposal during your entire stay to help you with anything you need.
The previous beach club next door (Zama Beach Club) was closed and will be replaced with new villas.
Construction work will begin in May, and it will take a stipulated 8 to 10 months to be completed. The construction working times are from 9 am to 6 pm.
To avoid any inconvenience to our guests, a wall was lifted on the side next to their property. We will also provide you with a speaker to either play music or natural sounds to reduce any noise. As an advantage, our villa is beachfront, and so is the construction. Sand helps to reduce the impact of noise as well as the wind that comes from the ocean.

Location makes this house worth the price of admission. Great getting up and enjoying your morning coffee on your own private beach or late night cocktails poolside. Other reviews spoke about the ocean not being swimmable because of algae and if you prefer sand only on the bottom that might be the case for you. Other reviews mention the “construction noise” and our group was never bothered by it. Ezekiel and Violet are very helpful and willing to do whatever is asked, 5 stars for both of them. The hot tub is more like a warm tub, the showers require some finesse to get an acceptable temp, washer and dryer are not provided (but laundry service is), kitchen appliances could use an upgrade (including adding a dishwasher), but I wouldn’t change my mind about booking.

We were a group of 8 adults. Private boat to the dock at the house was great. Beautiful beach area. Calm water. There is seaweed but we made the best of it. Definitely recommend the chef. The best breakfasts! Our house concierge was fabulous. He helped us with so much. Golf carts were at the house ready to go when we arrived. Overall a wonderful week on Isla.

This was a beautiful house in a nice part of the island. The house had lots of space indoors and out- large bedrooms, and private. What stands out was the responsiveness of Ezekiel and Violetta who were there whenever we had a question or need. Even though there was construction next-door, it was not a problem. However, as you see in other reviews, it is difficult to get in and out of the water as there was some uneven squishy ground. But it certainly is picturesque. The only other note is that the hot water/water pressure Was lacking but manageable. Thanks for hosting us.
