One advantage of this unique place is that you have everything walking distance! restaurants, beach clubs. Taxis available as well as bicycles.
Tulum is commonly known for it´s open-minded spirit, restaurants walking distance as well as bars and beach clubs. It is a unique experience that im sure your going to love!

La Chan Cabañita is in the perfect location. While these cabins are not 5 stars in amenities by any means, you’re staying here for location. Steps away from the beach it’s amazing to watch the sunrise. We will definitely be back and that’s why they get a high rating. That said, I do wish we had a bit more realistic expectations going in. Pros: like I said the location is absolutely perfect. Close to restaurants and shops and only a short drive to the main areas. The staff were wonderful. The breakfast was perfect every morning and they are working around the clock to keep the cabins looking nice. Cons: there is no ac (which they disclose) but the fans only work from 7p-7a. So be prepared to be warm. No outlets! There are two small usb plugs but that’s it! So make sure you bring usb cords without the adapter. You can not flush your TP. Which makes it a bit smelly at times. But they do clean your cabin every day. Again, we will definitely be back, just more prepared. Highly recommend
