I had a wonderful stay! Everyone was very kind and very helpful! If you’re looking for peace and quiet late at night this might not be the place for you. I read the reviews and know the area so I expected loud music from the wonderful restaurants and bars close by.

The place was very large and clean. Front desk was pleasant In the description there is a warning about noise, and boy does it get loud till 3am. The spot is basically in the middle of it all and easy to get around. Wish they would have the water out front filled more often for guests Definitely bring shampoo if you have long hair. They provide very small bottles and charge if you need more. Rooftop has a great pool and food service. honestly overall this place was great and we enjoyed the roof top, and had lots of fun

– Bed linen and towels will be changed every 6 days.
In case of requiring new towels before the cost will be 15 USD.
– Visitors after 11 PM have a charge of $35 USD – only one guest is allowed.
– Parties and meetings are not allowed.
– The music volume should not disturb other guests.
– Conditioner shampoo and soap will be provided, these will be recharged after 2 weeks, in case you need to recharge them before, it will cost $2 USD per amenity and must be paid at reception.
– Toilet paper is replaced after the second time for an additional charge of $5 USD.
– The cleaning fee is $25 USD and must be paid at the reception.
– Drinks or food are not allowed on the rooftop or in the restaurant.
– It is not allowed to hang things on the balconies.
– In case of bracelet lost it will be applied a penalty of $50 USD.
– During the check in process it will be delivered an Exterior Towels Card, the pool towels must be required at the pool area, and the beach towels must be required at the front desk, in case of losing the card a penalty of $250 MXN will be applied, as well a penalty of $600 MXN can be applied in case of a lost towel.
– Additional amenities can be provided under request at the front desk, as salt, pepper and oil.
– Minimum age to stay here is 15 years old.
I can gladly help you to schedule transportation from the airport to the apartment, other options would be to rent a car or take an ADO bus from the airport to the tourist terminal of Playa del Carmen from where you can walk since it is a 5 minute walk.
This beautiful and modern building is located a few meters from Fifth Avenue, where you will find everything you need just a few meters away, since it is the most touristic area of ​​Playa del Carmen.
The neighborhood has the best restaurants, bars & shopping malls, banks, convenience stores, supermarkets and more within a few minutes walk!
