Very nice home. Big house with a lot of space. The pool and backyard is incredible. The house needs some minor renovation and a dishwasher. In general it’s a very nice place to stay in cancun

Loved staying here! Just as beautiful as the pictures. Getting around was very easy as long as you’re okay with using the bus. They were very responsive to all of my messages and Ro was especially incredibly helpful! It is an old house so there are small things that are falling apart but there were no issues with anything and they are very responsive to send someone out to the villa if you need anything. Overall I recommend anyone to book this villa and any other villas they offer!

We switched to this AirBnB after the one we had originally booked became unavailable “due to an electrical issue” – while we were on the way to the airport. Solmar was very responsive after our initial outreach. They sent us the link to the exact address and connected us with a host who met us upon arrival, handed over the keys and walked us through the villa. One of the highlights for us was walkability – very close to Playa Las Perlas and also to Puerto Cancun Marina with lots of restaurants and shops. The villa itself is beautiful and very, very spacious. All rooms have A/C. The kitchen worked well for our needs (stove and oven; microwave; blender; toaster; coffee machine). There is no dishwasher, but we didn’t have an issue with that in our group. There is a washer and dryer. Everything was super clean and smelled nice when we arrived. Our daughters’ favorites were the pool and iguanas – there are many of them and they’re big 🙂
