We had a very nice time here in Tulum. The resort had just been completed and so everything was new. Of course, this also had its disadvantages as not everything worked perfectly yet. However, the communication with Nino from Sol Mar and Florencia on site was excellent. Everything was sorted out very quickly. And so we were able to enjoy our vacation there. The apartment looks exactly like the pictures and is in a beautiful location. You look almost exclusively into the green. The furnishings are also excellent, only the kitchen could be a little better equipped. For example, it lacks a decent pan. We can highly recommend a stay here. The location is excellent for exploring either Tulum, the surrounding area or the beach. Another thing that should be emphasized and which was unfortunately communicated to us too late is that you can also use a membership in a beach club on Tulum Beach.

Beautiful place and looks just like the photos. A little tricky to find but they do try to provide instructions. Had one incident where the door lock code didn’t work but other than that really enjoyed the stay and would recommend.

Tulum was a great escape during Easter weekend and staying at this home was nothing short of amazing. The location was fantastic, the house was clean and elegantly decorated, and it had a private oversized plunge pool. The house is in a great location, close to all the beaches, downtown, and the hotel zone. Easily accessible by car, or bike, the apartment is located in a secured development with many other housing developments. A few things to note, the apartment complex is Artila – there is limited outward signage and this was difficult to find at night, however all of the developments have security and if you tell them Artila they can help lead the way. Second is the master bedroom shower temperature control as noted by other guests was also a challenge. However, with everything being said, I would give this place a 5/5 and look forward to staying here again.
