Beautiful, clean, peaceful & spacious, as represented in the photos. Washer & dryer were a definite plus. Great location: 10 min (200-300Mx peso) taxi ride to town, 15-20min (700-1100Mx pesos) to the beach and to Zamna & Vesica. Check-in process/communication could have been more efficient & clear. Make sure you get the code to both the main gate AND the apartment. There is a taxi stand at the gate & bike rentals 0.2 miles away. Pharmacy, deli & a grocery store are all walking distance from the compound. Especially appreciative of the filtered drinking water in the kitchen.

We had a pleasant stay at Solmar’s place and overall enjoyed our experience. Despite a few minor mishaps, we would recommend choosing this accommodation. One area for improvement would be communication, as we encountered some challenges in this area. The Airbnb itself is stunning, although it could benefit from additional kitchen utensils. Being among the first guests, we noticed ongoing efforts to enhance the property. Front parking is easily accessible, especially for those renting a car. Additionally, we appreciated the nearby spa partnership, which added an extra touch to our stay. Each room is very spacious and has a private AC unit. The WiFi could be better, some of us work remote and the WiFi would stop working and did not reach some of the rooms.
