Good communication, place was nice and clean, and was as described, it’s a loft. Basically a hotel room with table, fridge and microwave, perfect if you plan to eat out or easy meals. It’s fairly close to tourist areas, can Uber to those areas easily. Examples 6 minutes to puerto cancun and 18 minutes to the hotel district/zone and 25 minutes to and from the airport. Area is nice and kept nice. Make sure to ask for pin of location as street addresses are not always correct in Mexico.
