Pictures are exactly as listed as when you get there the staff was great Chandra was a huge help when I was there the food was really good at roof top and it’s very close to the beach and close to the famous senior frogs and waterboy restaurant I would definitely stay again….

El alojamiento tiene una ubicación genial. Solo que le faltan cosas como tostadora de pan . El aseo nunca fue. Igual nos las arreglamos. Igual estuvo bien Agradecida.

In case of requiring new towels before the cost will be 15 USD.
– Visitors after 11 PM have a charge of $35 USD – only one guest is allowed.
– Parties and meetings are not allowed.
– The music volume should not disturb other guests.
– Conditioner shampoo and soap will be provided, these will be recharged after 2 weeks, in case you need to recharge them before, it will cost $2 USD per amenity and must be paid at reception.
– Toilet paper is replaced after the second time for an additional charge of $5 USD.
– The cleaning fee is $25 USD and must be paid at the reception.
– Drinks or food are not allowed on the rooftop or in the restaurant.
– It is not allowed to hang things on the balconies.
– In case of bracelet lost it will be applied a penalty of $50 USD.
– During the check in process it will be delivered an Exterior Towels Card, the pool towels must be required at the pool area, and the beach towels must be required at the front desk, in case of losing the card a penalty of $250 MXN will be applied, as well a penalty of $600 MXN can be applied in case of a lost towel.
– Additional amenities can be provided under request at the front desk, as salt, pepper and oil.
The neighborhood has the best restaurants, bars & shopping malls, banks, convenience stores, supermarkets and more within a few minutes’ walk!
