This beautiful and modern apartment located in the heart of Playa del Carmen has everything you need to have a great stay, such as: TV, A / C, equipped kitchen and all the amenities.

I was in town for a wedding and on my first trip to Mexico. I felt secure and looked after. The staff at the front was very friendly and the room was great. I spent a lot of time on the hammock and would definitely book again on my return. Thank you Solmar!

Great place right around great bars and restaurants. Very walkable to the beach.

Over all excellent place to stay for the price. I would definitely rebook here. The pool is beautiful and full service. We were steps away from the beach to see the sunrise each morning. If you plan to cook, the kitchen isn’t fully equipped but there is a ton of great places to eat. Everywhere you look there’s something beautiful to see. We did not have an issue with towels like other guests have mentioned. If we needed new towels, the reception gave them to us, we did not have to pay extra money. There is no restaurant or spa in the hotel at this time like the photos but there is plenty of restaurants and amenities close by. The suite itself is spacious. The view of the terrace is beautiful from the balcony. Late night you could hear the night clubs but that didn’t bother us. Some say in their reviews it’s from late pool parties but when we went up to see views at night the pool area was empty. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend Solmar’s space

– Bed linen and towels will be changed every 5 days.
In case of requiring new towels before the cost will be 15 USD.
– Visitors after 11 PM have a charge of $35 USD – only one guest is allowed.
– Parties and meetings are not allowed.
– The music volume should not disturb other guests.
– Conditioner shampoo and soap will be provided, these will be recharged after 2 weeks, in case you need to recharge them before, it will cost $2 USD per amenity and must be paid at reception.
– Toilet paper is replaced after the second time for an additional charge of $5 USD.
– The cleaning fee is $25 USD and must be paid at the reception.
– Drinks or food are not allowed on the rooftop or in the restaurant.
– It is not allowed to hang things on the balconies.
– In case of bracelet lost it will be applied a penalty of $50 USD.
– During the check in process it will be delivered an Exterior Towels Card, the pool towels must be required at the pool area, and the beach towels must be required at the front desk, in case of losing the card a penalty of $250 MXN will be applied, as well a penalty of $600 MXN can be applied in case of a lost towel.
– Additional amenities can be provided under request at the front desk, as salt, pepper and oil.
I can gladly help you to schedule transportation from the airport to the apartment, other options would be to rent a car or take an ADO bus from the airport to the tourist terminal of Playa del Carmen from where you can walk since it is a 5 minute walk.
This beautiful and modern building is located a few meters from Fifth Avenue, where you will find everything you need just a few meters away, since it is the most touristic area of ​​Playa del Carmen.
The neighborhood has the best restaurants, bars & shopping malls, banks, convenience stores, supermarkets and more within a few minutes’ walk!
