Welcome to PH Carlos by Solmar Rentals!

Luxury apartment located in the Hotel Zone of Cancun, which is the most exclusive and safe area of ​​the city. The apartment has an incredible view over the Nichupté Lagoon, also a living room and beautiful kitchen. The main bedroom is spacious and has a queen size bed, 55 ” Smart TV and an outstanding terrace to enjoy the sunsets. The entrance to the apartment is independent.

The space

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor with an independent entrance, located in the Hotel Zone, on the side of the lagoon, which is a very exclusive and safe area. Within a perimeter of 300 meters you’ll find a 24/7 pharmacy, delicious restaurants, supermarkets, a church, starbucks and access to public transport where you can reach anywhere in the Hotel Zone quickly and safely.
The condo has a 24/7 security guard, parking lot and a big pool with a nice garden that is next to the lagoon.

Above the apartment there’s a roof garden with a spectacular panoramic view over the entire Hotel Zone and Nichupté Lagoon.

Across the street you can take the ferry with which you can easily and quickly reach Isla Mujeres, a beautiful island with beaches and activities to do, highly recommended!

Guest access

The condominium has a large pool, around it sunbeds, as well as a palapa where you can grill and enjoy a day in Cancun as if it were your own home.

The green areas are wide and is next to a very beautiful sweetwater lagoon canal. If you wish, we can lend you a kayak to go look around the lagoon canals and enjoy an unforgettable experience.

You can contact me anytime you need help or have any questions about what to do or where you can go. There are many touristic places that according to your interests with pleasure I can recommend and help you with.

Wonderful place to stay at in a calm and private community. Very close to many nice cancun attractions. Host was very attentive and helpful. Would recommend.

Easy access to any point of the hotel zone, just 1 minute walk by the corner is the bus stop, which are safe and economical. They cost $ 12 Mexican pesos per person, most have conditioned air. Similarly there are taxis that can be ordered in the hotel next door.
It is a very quiet and familiar neighborhood. It is located in a privileged lagoon canal, in which unique sunsets are seen. It is a very safe place because it has security personnel 24 hours a day plus the location is exclusive so you can walk around to restaurants and bus station at any time with no problems at all.
